1. Briefing and gathering information about the event

We gather all the information about the event to be created: which venue has been chosen and how many people are expected, the type of event you are organizing—convention, workshop, gala dinner, summit, award ceremony, inauguration, etc.—what content will be delivered—films, ultra-high-resolution photographs, presentations, charts—and whether an artistic/scenic setup with videomapping is planned.

2. Inspection and verification of the location

After the site inspection, we create a video setup scheme and, if the event is complex, we produce a CAD drawing to virtually recreate the location and assess available spaces and any potential obstacles with greater precision.

At this stage, video can be integrated with audio and lighting technologies to complete the event setup with the addition of scenic elements and technical/logistical coordination.
