We planned a double-team organization, structuring shifts and parallel workflows to compress timelines without compromising quality and safety. Each step was pre-engineered down to the smallest detail to minimize on-site decision-making activities and maximize operational efficiency.
The technical design took space limitations into account, developing a compact but high-performance configuration capable of integrating facilities, audio, lighting, and video in a coherent and functional manner.
