The project involved holding an event in a monumental setting of high historical value with extremely stringent constraints. It was not possible to install structures on the grass, intervene on the fountain or use the staircase as a technical point. Every scenic and lighting element had to be designed with full respect for the architectural and landscape integrity.
In addition to the physical limitations, the context imposed a complex permitting process, with mandatory technical validations and certifications. Every design choice had to be shared and approved by the chief engineer in charge of the area.

We developed an alternative lighting design, imagining structures and installation points in unconventional but strategically effective locations. The goal was to ensure a homogeneous and scenic light output without interfering with historical elements or impacting constrained surfaces.
The work required more than a month and a half of planning between technical studies, lighting simulations, structural verifications, and coordination with relevant agencies. Each solution was engineered to be self-contained, reversible, and completely context-friendly.

Winter Melody took shape through elegant and calibrated lighting, capable of enhancing the existing architecture without overpowering it. The event was harmoniously integrated into the monumental space, transforming it into a striking yet intact stage.
