An audio system must faithfully reproduce speech and music, a result that depends not only on microphones, mixers, and speakers (loudspeakers), but also on the acoustic conditions of the venue, reverberation times, and other factors that must be considered from the very design stage.

The work phases

You can rely on us for the complete setup of your event (audio, video, lighting, and scenography) or commission only the audio, which includes the involvement of our technical staff, equipment, audio systems, transportation, and logistics.

1. Briefing and gathering information about the event

We gather all the information and ideas about the event you want to create: which venue has been chosen—arena, theater, auditorium—whether it will take place indoors only or also outdoors, the expected number of participants, and the type of event: convention, workshop, gala dinner, summit, award ceremony, inauguration, with an artistic performance, concert, or both.

2. On-site inspection and acoustic sizing

After the site inspection, we translate your requirements into a detailed and realistic project and, upon request, create a CAD drawing using 3D modeling software to build an electro-acoustic simulation of the audio system in the environment/space where the event will take place. We can then correctly size the system and quantify power, predict frequency response, dispersion angle, sound pressure level, and all the key parameters needed to achieve a perfect result.

At this stage, audio can be integrated with video and lighting technologies to complete the event setup with the addition of scenic elements and technical/logistical coordination.

3. Economic offer

We prepare a detailed, tailor-made quotation based on your requirements and the type of event you are organizing.

4. Technical sheet, planning and implementation of the event

An Account Manager and a Project Manager will support you and act as your points of reference at every stage, through to the setup and final execution of the event, whether the preparation takes a few days or several months.
