1. Briefing and gathering information about the event
Tell us your idea. Is it a gala dinner with a few dozen guests, or a motivational convention with thousands of people? What kind of atmosphere do you want to create: evocative, festive, or formal? We’ll take this into account in the design process so that the lighting seamlessly integrates with the audio, video, and scenography.
2. Inspection and verification of the location
The location is crucial for lighting design. Therefore, the briefing is followed by a site inspection and a virtual simulation: we create an accurate floor plan with CAD drawings to identify obstacles, define spaces, and define heights. Rendering provides a comprehensive preview and a more precise idea of the final result.
