Complete installation or service for events: the work phases

Let Planet Service work with you and your team to design, coordinate and build your event.

1. Briefing and collection of information about the event

Share your ideas with us: what location you have chosen, how many people there will be, what kind of event you are organizing, etc. We will be at your side to help you design a whole event (audio, video, lighting and scenic designs) and a captivating show, down to its smallest details. You will be able to rely on an Account Manager who will be your point person from the planning stage to the final realization of your event.

2. On-site visit and assessment of the location

Whatever the location, the execution of a perfect production starts well before the date of the event with on-site visits, assessments and accurate mapping of the details. We plan with CAD drawings, which help us identify obstacles, define spaces, heights, weights and all the important parameters we need to take into account to achieve the result you want, reduce costs and prevent unpleasant surprises.

CAD drawings and renderings offer a pre-visualization of the whole event: from lighting to scenic design, from stage automation to video displays, form the audience location to the sound system set up, in a virtual 3D environment. 

3. Quotation

We draft a detailed quote tailored to your needs and the type of event you are organizing.

4. Production

We are at your side to provide a “one on one” personalized technical service, supporting and coordinating external partners and designing everything in detail.

5. Planning and realization of the event

It’s showtime! We work behind the scenes and support you during the show  so that your event is a success that your guests will not forget.
